Do you have any financing programs available?

Yes! Due to Comfort Keepers’ confidence in our brand, franchisee training and support, we now have the ability to offer a financing program for qualified buyers. This applies to both individual franchisees and multi-unit purchases.

Is The Market For Senior Care Services Going To Continue To Grow?

Yes! The in-home senior care service industry is expected to experience significant growth over the next 40 years. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, today there are 42.5 million adults in the U.S. age 65+ – a number that will more than double to 89 million over the next 40 years.

What Personal Characteristics are Important for a Franchisee?

Because running your own senior care business is hard work, there are common characteristics of a successful franchisee.

  • Able and willing to follow a proven system and not recreate the wheel

Are Comfort Keepers Franchise Territories Protected?

Yes, each franchisee is granted their own zip code based territory.

Do You Provide Local Field-Level Support?

We currently have a team of Business Coaches who work in the field with our franchisees providing on-going operational support and guidance. We also have additional resources that support franchisees in taking their home care businesses to “the next level.”

What Kind Of Training Is Provided?

Soon after signing your franchise agreement, you will be assigned a new Business Coach. In addition, you will complete a comprehensive training program including spending time in an active Comfort Keepers office observing operations. On-going training includes local boot camps, computer-based training sessions, a series of on-going training sessions at the Comfort Keepers business support center, and more. There are also state and national networking and training events.

What Investment Is Required To Start A Comfort Keepers Franchise?

The initial franchise fee is $45,000. Working capital is needed for additional anticipated start-up costs.
