Father-Son Franchisees Build a Legacy of Care Across Indiana and Ohio

After an unexpected manufacturing layoff, Steve Oakley turned a career setback into an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in his community by opening a Comfort Keepers® franchise in Kokomo, Indiana. What began as a new professional chapter soon became a family business when his son, Blake, joined the company after college. Today, the father-son team owns and operates multiple Comfort Keepers territories across Indiana and Ohio, driven by a shared commitment to helping seniors live independently at home.
