Comfort Keepers offers franchisees a proven business formula for delivering quality in-home care. We assign each new franchisee an experienced Regional Director who will assist you with business planning and sales training.
These Regional Directors — selected for their established professional prowess, home care industry knowledge and interpersonal skills — are the “boots-on-the-ground” frontline resource for our franchisees. They live within the region you serve, making them easily available to provide impromptu guidance. Franchise owners will benefit from weekly phone calls, as well as strong working relationships nurtured through regular face-to-face interactions.
Comfort Keepers Regional Directors offer specialized expertise and a working knowledge of the home care category that can be applied to key areas of the business. Common topics include but are not limited to: recruiting tactics, accounting, marketing, staff training, scheduling tips, and helpful management tools.
Additionally, new franchisees will benefit from the expertise of successful Comfort Keepers franchisees.
